About the Role:

At Ferrero Iberica (Portugal), we are looking for a motivated employee to guarantee the quality of the company’s Customer Service, so that the company is a benchmark in the sector and congruent with the quality characteristics of our brand.

To ensure seamless client relations and meet their needs while guaranteeing the quality of our service and products, effective collaboration and management of the client portfolio are imperative. This involves fostering strong partnerships with clients, understanding their requirements, and consistently delivering high-quality solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and group policies that directly affect their work area.
  2. Manage processes Order Management, Orders to Delivery y Logistic Collaboration.
  3. Fully manage the contractual logistics annexes with Clients.
  4. Manage the operational reporting and analysis of the processes under his/her responsibility.
  5. Collaboration and client portfolio management. To ensure a smooth relationship with the client and be able to meet their needs while guaranteeing the quality of our service and products.
     

Who we are looking for:

Profile:

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in economics, Industrial, Business Management, or other related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Costumer Service, Waterhouse & Transport.
  • Results oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience with FMCG clients.

Skills:

  • Excellent skills in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • SAP
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Spanish (nice to have)
  • Power BI (nice to have)
