Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business intelligence system to ensure timely and easily extract business insight and sales trend with solid figure analysis
  • Provide high-level suggestion and guide field sales based on qualified data analysis including forecast, sales, budget
  • Integrate DT performance data to enhance DT performance visibility
  • Providing sales analysis and reporting tools (developing and maintaining a business intelligence system to ensure timely follow up of business)
  • Aacting as a project manager on sales projects coordinating all parties involved 

About the Role:

Senior BI & BP Manager will be responsible for driving programs on digitalization related to data infrastructure setup, aiming to drive sustainable data platform for sales operation related analysis. This role requires data management mindset and capability -most critically Invent and Simplify. You will work with internal sales teams and derive initiatives. You will perform deep dives to derive analytical insights, and share data driven insights to discuss & influence stakeholders, including but not limited to China sales teams, digital team, marketplace partners, and global central functions.
