Main Responsibilities:

To support National RTM project leader, ensure the RTM project be managed and implemented with aligned timeline and taskforces.

About the Role:

RTM Strategy Development

  • Support RTM transformation by facilitating senior leadership to reach alignment and sign off critical decision, wiht flag issues & risks during the progressive rollout, deep dive root causes, drive for mitigation action plans, folow up with business performance tracking mechanism improvement

RTM Strategy Implementation

  • Actively participate and contribute in new RTM strategy design discussions with action implementation follow-ups on time delivery
  • Closely work with internal business team includes Field Sales, DT team and TMKT team for distributor guidance design and POSM implementation and  support Omni KA channel and O2O/B2B team, for business expansion with right chosen platforms;

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong project management experiences and skills;
  • Logical thinking and framing ability;
  • Good business sense;
  • Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented;
  • FMCG / merging channel / sales background preferred
  • English – fluent
