About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain Hazelnut Company (HCO) team who will work in Logistic Cost Analysis and Reporting.

In this role, you will coordinate and support HCO Supply Chain systems and operational activities related to transportation and warehousing, ensuring strong cost monitoring, system alignment, operational continuity, and effective cross-functional collaboration across international flows. You will act as a key point of contact for transportation cost governance, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain activities, and logistics process improvements, while also supporting internal and external stakeholders and driving automation and standardization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will coordinate and support transportation and logistics IT projects, contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the implementation of new flows to enhance efficiency across the supply chain. You will be responsible for managing transportation, customs, and warehouse cost controlling activities, including preparing budgets and SAF, performing monthly analyses, and ensuring close alignment with Controlling teams. You will drive reporting and monitoring activities, providing visibility on logistics costs, warehouse utilization, stock management, and overall operational performance.

You will act as a key point of contact for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain activities, supporting testing phases, cutover preparation, issue resolution, and coordination with IT teams to ensure a smooth system transition and ongoing stability. Alongside this, you will oversee logistics operations related to transportation flows, invoicing processes, SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) activities, and PO/PR management, while ensuring accurate supplier invoice handling and consistent reporting. You will also manage the review and approval of transportation extra costs, ensuring proper follow-up and full financial alignment.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, Warehousing, Controlling, Sustainability, Security, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities and alignment of processes. You will maintain strong operational oversight and backup knowledge across logistics, transportation, customs, invoicing, and supplier management to support business continuity. In addition, you will actively contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall process standardization.

About You:

In this role, you will bring your educational background in Engineering and/or Economics and solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation. You understand end-to-end flows, including warehousing, customs, and distribution.

You are comfortable working with cost controlling topics, including budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring, and you can translate data into clear insights to support decision-making.

You have a strong familiarity with SAP, S/4HANA in a supply chain context, and you feel confident supporting system-related activities such as testing, issue resolution, and coordination with IT teams.

Your analytical mindset allows you to manage complex data, identify gaps, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

You are organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple operational and project-related tasks while maintaining accuracy and reliability. At the same time, you are proactive and solution-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong focus on efficiency and standardization.

Given the cross-functional nature of the role, you communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, both internally and externally, building strong working relationships across functions such as Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, and you show flexibility and ownership in ensuring continuity of operations.
