About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join the Paper category inside our Packaging Procurement team.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this internship, you will assess the Price quotation Template for Packaging Material Suppliers.
Your role will be to evaluate the current Reference for Quotation process in the packaging categories. Moreover, you will identify the gaps and produce improvement proposals.
You will run few quotations with the suppliers to check the real effectiveness of the current process while assessing the Single Sourcing approach as well.
Last but not least, you will help in updating the existing sourcing resilience file to check on the new codes and evaluate if de-risking approach must be adopted.
You will also identify the list of codes based on risk and check if actions are needed.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Analytics or other related fields.
You are showing strong analytical skills and detail-oriented attitude.
Team player, you are demonstrating excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VLOOKUP) and your fluency in English.
