About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the Organization and Improvement team dedicated to Region Poland, Region Europe Multi-Countries and Group Sales Business Development function with major focus on Operational Excellence Program

By covering this position, you will help in the development of the organization design to support the Region and Group function organization evolution in term of structures and integration mechanisms. Moreover, you will contribute to the design of roles, responsibilities and new processes as well as the conduction of assessments and gap analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the team on Sales Business Development organization evolution in term of structures and integration mechanisms and change management activities in a context of a new Group Program that implies the implementation of several commercial transformation projects worldwide. 

Also, you will contribute to the definition and maintenance of proper governance at Country and Group level within the different projects, including also the development of dedicated Operating Models.
You will prepare dedicated materials for periodical status update meetings and maintain the Commercial Transformation change management toolkit up-to-date.
Moreover, your role will be to keep local teams involved and updated throughout the different projects.

On top of this, you will support the team on identifying and addressing key organizational projects in line with Group organizational guidelines. You will also contribute to develop specific functions/sub-functions.
Project management and organization design & development will be also under your scope.
You will execute assessment & gap analysis and participate to the definition of governance mechanisms to formalize responsibilities on main decisions/processes.

Finally, you will collaborate with Group teams, Local teams and work closely with Group Risk and Compliance team for risk assessments and remediation plan definition.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Engneering or Economics with knowledge of project management and change management. 

You are showing strong analytical skills with problem-solving attitude.
Proactive, you are demonstrating a result-oriented approach. 

On top of that, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
