About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a skilled Digital & AI Content Activation Manager to join the Group Digital Excellence team. In this role, you will lead Organic & Paid Content activation for Nutella® and other Global Powerbrands at both Global and Local levels. This position is crucial to the Group Artificial Intelligence Transformation team. 

 

The Group Artificial Intelligence Transformation is a key Ferrero initiative aimed at enhancing the relevance of our Global Powerbrands. Your work will ensure the best product propositions, superior Consumer and Shopper experiences, and reinforce our status as the 'preferred partner' for the Trade through top-tier commercial expertise and category management. 

Main Responsibilities:

As a Digital & AI Content Activation Manager, you will ensure that priority Digital & AI content initiatives for the Nutella® Powerbrand are successfully implemented and adopted at both Global and Local levels according to the planned scope and timings. You will ensure effective deployment, measurement, and analysis of campaign performance, providing consistent and harmonized support and connectivity between the central teams and functions.

 

Covering this role, you will develop detailed project plans supported by subject matter experts with timelines and schedules to ensure Nutella® AI projects are completed on time and within budget. You will implement relevant AI tools to automate and streamline the creation of campaign variants, enhancing efficiency and scalability. 

 

You will tailor Nutella® campaign content to meet the specific requirements and best practices of different media platforms, such as social media, online video, and e-commerce. Additionally, you will utilize AI to automate repetitive tasks in the campaign production process, reducing time and effort, for example, in Nutella® recipes production automation. 

 

Your responsibilities will include analyzing Nutella® campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, using AI to optimize future campaigns. Moreover, you will continuously explore new AI technologies and methods to enhance Nutella® campaign production and effectiveness. 

 

You will implement quality control measures and processes to ensure that all Nutella® campaign variants maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Furthermore, you will ensure that all Nutella® campaign activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company’s interests.

 

Together with Nutella® brand teams, you will ensure that AI-generated content meets brand standards and creative vision. You will engage with stakeholders, including Operative Steering committee members, to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes. 

 

Lastly, you will develop, in collaboration with People & Organization and Program leaders, a structured approach to help Ferrero transition to an AI-embedded way of working. 

Who we are looking for:

You will contribute with knowledge from a degree in Marketing or a related field, complemented by your 8-12 years of experience in Digital Content creation, Content production, and marketing campaign activation. Your strong leadership skills will prove essential, alongside a practical understanding of the full E2E communications development process integrating Content, Data & Media activities. 

 

You will demonstrate the ability to manage technology and transformation projects, including Artificial Intelligence applications, while being detail-oriented and able to handle multiple complexities in a fast-paced environment. Your strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional working skills will be key as well. 

 

Moreover, your proficiency in personal computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot) will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. Your good knowledge of new and emerging technology opportunities, specifically Gen AI applications such as Dall.E-3, Runway, Adobe, MidJourney, Flux, and ChatGPT, will further enhance your impact in this position. Lastly, your familiarity with or experience in Gen AI prompt engineering will be highly valuable.
