About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg we are currently looking for Better for You Planning Specialist.
In this role you will be supporting production allocation, S&OP processes, and mid-term production planning, all aimed at ensuring consistency and optimization within the Better for You (BFY) category
 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you'll be supporting the definition of production allocation and planning, ensuring quantities, SKUs, and timelines are accurately accounted for. You'll play a part in the S&OP process, conducting scenario simulations and maintaining consistency in master data and supply timing within the system. Additionally, you'll share responsibilities in mid-term production planning for the Better For You category, collaborating closely with central product functions to align on production volumes and operational constraints.
Furthermore, you'll be supporting capacity analyses and portfolio optimization up to three years, considering existing assets and analyzing potential impacts of product innovations and new SKUs.
You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining short-term and mid-term plans for our contract manufacturers. Your responsibilities will include creating and consolidating production plans for active contract manufacturers, prioritizing requests based on market volumes input.
Your role will also involve effectively communicating and sharing plan requests with third parties' schedulers to activate production processes smoothly and efficiently.
You'll serve as a key point of reference within Category Planning for Better For You (BFY) Projects. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with various project types and levels of priority.
You'll be involved in change management activities at the plant level, ensuring that planning processes align with the operational context. 
 

Who we are looking for:

You bring your Master degree, preferably in Economics or Industrial/Management Engineering. You have 1-3 years of experince in operations, particularly in production, supply chain, or production planning within FMCG companies.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, proficient with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with SAP APO or other ERP planning systems.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and precision, enabling you to effectively manage complexities with multiple variables.
Attention to detail and precision are crucial, alongside a high level of accountability and proactivity.
You are result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges proactively and effectively.
You have good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at various levels, facilitating productive communication and collaboration. Building working relationships and networks will be essential for maximizing integrated team efforts and achieving businYou
