About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our Group Reward team inside the Expat Unit. 

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will be responsible for the benefits administration of global schemes and related budget planning/cost management activities. 
You will be focused also on social security secondment of resources on global mobility and interaction with internal (HR Admin/Reward) and external stakeholders (Authority/Consultant). 
You will be accountable for global employee benefits schemes compliance (Regulator, Tax Authority). 

You will contribute to the launch of the global benefits policy, promoting a new model of benefits governance and global minimum standard also for flexible benefits and with attention to DEI/Wellbeing initiatives.
You will also take care of the introduction of the new benefits repository tool (Greater Insights), that will facilitate governance and benefits benchmarking at global and local level.
On top of this, you will interact with internal (Region Reward, Risk Insurance) and external (Broker, Insurance Network) stakeholders involved in employee benefits renewal process and captive activities.  

Moreover, your role will be to support Region Reward, providing insights and advise, on employee benefits/flexible benefits projects and you will supervise respect of new governance model and global minimum standard, having look to cost mitigation and cost avoidance.

You could be part of Group Reward projects with functional and cross functional teams.

Furthermore, you will be involved in the Total Reward process with a focus on global employee benefits schemes and allowances.

Finally, you will be the focal point for purchasing activities linked to Group Reward (not limited to benefits).  

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Business, Human Resources, Economics with 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources Administration/Reward activities and/or HR projects.

Excellent communicator, you are familiar with the international benefits market and with Luxembourgish labor law.  
Project management skills and a strong sense of ownership are also required for this role.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP), strong knowledge of SAP HR/SF platform and your fluency in English.
