About the Role:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing E-Commerce Category Development Executive based in Istanbul to report to the professionally Senior Category Development Manager and managerially E-Commerce Channel Manager. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

Digital Shelf Management

  • eMyPS management
  • eContent management
  • eMerchandising agency management
  • PIM&DAM responsibility
  • Digital Shelf tracking tool management
  • eRetail media performance tracking

eCategory Management

  • ePortfolio evolution
  • eCom activity grid management
  • eCom trade profitability analysis
  • eCom pricing analysis

eCom Analytics

  • Performance Template follow up with finance and Global eCom team
  • Sell-out dashboard Management (PWBI tool)

Market Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze category, competition and consumer market data in order to identify business opportunities and develop new e-commerce category plans
  • Contribute to e-marketing projects and promotional activities

Category Development

  • Finalize activity grids in line with marketing calendar
  • Define the placement guidelines for shelf, check-outs and secondary placement

Budget Management

  • Work on the sales promotion budget per category considering profit 
  • Propose and track budget for the area of responsibility, including PR-PO creation
  • Support Category Manager in pricing and ensure that business objectives are in line with the budget

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 4 years of experience in FMCG
  • Decision making, problem solving ability and strategic thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and proactivity
  • Fluency in Turkish & English
