About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility in traditional trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the traditional retail landscape and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

- **Develop Trade Marketing Strategies:** Create and implement effective trade marketing plans tailored for traditional trade channels to achieve sales and market share targets.

- **Promotion Planning:** Plan and execute promotional activities, trade programs, and merchandising initiatives to boost product visibility and sales in traditional retail outlets.

- **Market Analysis:** Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this data to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

- **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve their targets. Develop sales materials and point-of-sale displays.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the traditional trade channels, including distributors, retailers, and partners.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to management.

- **Budget Management:** Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated resources.

- **Product Launches:** Coordinate and manage product launches in traditional trade channels, ensuring successful roll-out and adoption.

Who we are looking for:

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.

· Skills:

- Experince in traditional trade channels and retail environment is mandatory. 

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Other Requirements:**

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retailers and partners.

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with trade marketing in the FMCG sector.
