About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Trade Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement in modern trade channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies tailored to key accounts such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores. You will also support key cross-functional internal relationships, including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Forecasting.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement trade marketing plans specific to the modern trade channel.
• Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align promotional and merchandising strategies with overall brand objectives.
• Execute in-store activities such as product displays, planograms, and promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and promotional ROI across modern trade accounts.
• Manage relationships with key modern trade customers to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and sales to ensure product availability and timely execution of promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess planogram compliance and merchandising effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine trade marketing strategies.
• Manage trade marketing budgets for modern trade channels efficiently
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Modern trade channels and retail environment is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with retailers and partners.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
