Kinder Joy of Moving Trainee - Curricular Internship (6 months)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about marketing, international coordination and strategic project development? Join our Kinder Joy of Moving team for a 6-month curricular internship!

This internship will give you the opportunity to work in an international and structured environment, discovering the global development and implementation of Ferrero Brand Social Responsibility project Kinder Joy of moving.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the team in different tasks:
 
Project development
You will support the PM and the team in the International strategic roll out of the project, collaborating with key functions and coordinating key stakeholders, engaging colleagues to get their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of the actions.
You will monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing.
 
International coordination and support
You will collaborate with Area Marketing and BU colleagues and will be one of the point of contact of the team, to define together the strategy across countries. You will help on the coordination and support to the local BU's in which the KJOM program is currently active.
You will support in the identification, collection and review of Sustainability data to be included in the annual report for yearly audit and publication
 
Cross function support
You will be supporting the team on the development of digital strategy and materials and manage Kinder Joy of moving digital assets. You will support on key presentations to internal and external stakeholders. finally, you will help develop merchandising and manage logistics. 

About You:

You are currently pursuing your Master’s Degree path in Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
You bring project management and teamwork skills, as well as strong communication skills. You are dynamic, flexible and have a proactive approach. 
Fluency in English and Italian is required, as you’ll collaborate with both local and international teams. Other languages proficiency will be considered a plus.
