Assistant Area Sales Operation Manager - CW

About the Role:

Support Chinese Regional and Area Managers in order to assure and facilitate the set-up of effective sales processes and approach to the business in a “Ferrero Way”, supporting and stimulating the business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic thinking and planning

  • Support ASM on preparing the annual plan and budget by improving tools and insight on data analysis.
  • Assist ASM on decision making by providing in depth analysis on figure / organization structure / work process perspective
  • Area new city expansion plan, including new city distributor selection criteria and process, new city coverage process, etc. 

Projects and Process optimizing

  • Develops area sales team work processes and procedures (PDA system--journey plan, routing, coverage, systems of reporting etc.) and supports ASM in defining and optimizing work processes and procedures and in ensuring alignment at regional/national Sales Operation Department.
  • Lead regional best practice sharing across sales organization to improve productivity.

Distributor management

  • New city distributor selection criteria
  • Distributor KPI scorecard owner
  • Distributor business planning and review

About You:

  • Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG approach to the business; confectionary industry is better.
  • Strong background of project management;
  • Experience of Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel;
  • Konwledge and experience of FMCG distributor management;
  • Knowledge of Commercial Logistics and Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes.
  • Strong Leadership and people management skills
  • Fluent English
