About the Role:

As an intern in our SC department, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to real business challenges, and contribute to projects that drive operational excellence. This internship is designed to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and network needed to launch your career in supply chain. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations within the Planning and Logistics teams, assisting with order management, shipping schedules, and coordination between departments
  • Contribute to supply chain planning by analyzing data and using planning systems to improve efficiency and planning accuracy
  • Assist in the consolidation and analysis of supply chain data from multiple sources to support dashboard creation and reporting for decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as production, planning, and marketing) and external partners (such as transport companies and distributors) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Participate in consensus meetings, and monitoring carrier performance
  • Generate and present regular reports using Excel, Power BI and Power Point to track key performance indicators and support continuous improvement 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of administrative support and assistance in SC operations. You’ll gain exposure to planning and deployment processes and could be involved in impactful SC events and engagement initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

Your Skill Set:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to taking on new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations is desirable.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
