About the Role:

Step into the world of iconic brands and make your mark

Are you passionate about marketing, creativity, and building brands people love? We’re looking for a Brand Manager to oversee Pralines and Premium Tablets category within the local market.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the execution and performance of the category, ensuring alignment with local consumer needs, retail landscape, and market dynamics. You will adapt and localize centrally developed brand strategies to fit local consumer needs, retail landscape, and market dynamics. Additionally, you will coordinate product launches and campaign rollouts with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain. Ensuring timely and consistent execution of all marketing activities in line with brand guidelines is essential.

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and category KPIs, you  will provide local insights and feedback to the central team. You will manage the local marketing calendar and ensure strong alignment with key seasonal periods and promotional plans. Overseeing the local marketing budget, you will ensure proper allocation and cost control across all activities. Collaboration with creative and media agencies for the execution of assets, ensuring they are locally relevant and on-brand, is also a key responsibility.

You will be driving brand development initiatives to enhance market presence.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for individuals with good self-motivation, positive attitude, and a passion for branding. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

Ideally, you have University degree in Economics or Marketing and 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector. Your strong communication skills in Croatian and English, both written and spoken, are required, while Italian is considered an advantage.

Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint is key assets, prior working knowledge with Nielsen data is an advantage. You are analytical, have good project management abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international team environment.
