We are looking for:

Category Management & Perfect Store Manager

(Trade Marketing & Business Development Department)
Place of work: Warsaw - Wilanów

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze assigned categories on scheduled basis, determining items to be ordered per budgeting, forecasts and targets
  • Participate in economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products
  • Ensure execution of Planograms   and position on the market (technical design through external support )
  • Develop opportunities for brand growth through monitoring of the market in order to work out sales concept in line with the strategy and through business meetings with the clients
  • Responsibility for building position in Point of Sales according to the strategy
  • Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products or activities, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Manage the idea of the Perfect Ferrero Store according to the main KPI’s by category and store format
  • Manage My Perfect Store project in the Company
  • Market and promo monitoring
  • People management 

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of Trade Marketing & Sales total background
  • 2-3 years of experience on the same position in FMCG, international organization
  • Master degree in economy
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Available for business trips
  • MS Office (in particular xls., ppt)
  • Business-driven approach
  • Strong analytical skills
