About the role

We are looking for a Trabzon based ‘Technical Procurement Specialist’ who will be directly reporting to Technical Procurement Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Qualifications :

              Graduated from Engineering Departments of Universities. ( Preferably Mechanical / Industrial Engineering )

              Min. 2 years experience in Purchasing Department

              Excellent command of written and spoken English (Italian knowledge is a plus)

              Good level of MS Office and ERP knowledge ( SAP knowledge is a plus )

              No military obligation for male candidates,

              Project management skills and team oriented approach

              Having driving license

              No obstacle for travelling

Job Description:

              Leading the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of quality, price, delivery terms, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines.

              Scouting for potential new suppliers and/or new products and/or system and services.

              Following all investment projects and achievement parameters in terms of Sourcing Requirements.

              Coordinate the creation of PO and all documentation required for accounting department related to the purchased items

              Coordinate all projects with related departments and managing the deadlines for the fulfillment of all tasks which required to finalize projects on time.

              Performing Risk Management Activities

              Managing Contract Process with Related Departments

              Managing Monthly/Yearly Reporting Studies
