About the Role:

Are you ready to shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic brands? Ferrero is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager, Tic Tac to join our team for a maternity leave contract position. As the Brand Manager, Tic Tac (Maternity Leave Contract), you’ll dive deep into understanding our consumers, category, and competitors, turning insights into action. You'll play a pivotal role in developing innovative brand strategies, creating impactful marketing programs, and driving the growth of Tic Tac across markets.

 

This role is hybrid and reports into Marketing Director, Tic Tac.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements for the master-brand in order to meet/exceed volume and financial targets
  • Manage the Canadian portfolio and execute new launches
  • Accountable for brand advertising and promotions budget, to accurately maintain brand’s marketing contribution
  • Advance the development of an integrated marketing campaign including strategic promotions with supporting in-store merchandising materials
  • Initiate and develop a consumer trade communication and public relations plan to deepen acceptance of the brand’s core proposition
  • Identify and develop research opportunities to evaluate the consumer and market response to an evolution of the brand’s marketing model
  • Contribute to sales forecasting to meet consumer demand while managing freshness, a key priority for the company
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and plan
  • Aid in the management of plant relationships, package design, raw material sourcing, government regulations, co-packing, etc.
  • Monitor brand business performance providing routine performance updates for the brand team and senior leadership

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required; MBA is a plus 
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand management 
  • Knowledge of data analytics, i.e. Nielsen/IRI/Circana
  • Understanding of the Canadian consumer and trade
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and make recommendations to multiple Global stakeholders
  • Ability to problem solve and set priorities
