About the Role:
Are you ready to represent some of the world’s most iconic brands like Nutella®, Kinder®, and Ferrero Rocher®? At Ferrero, we’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative Out Of Home in Tenerife.
You will be working in the FMCG sales environment, managing your own route across Tenerife and occasionally traveling to other islands in the Canary archipelago. Your mission is to ensure Ferrero’s products are perfectly placed, highly visible, and always available at every point of sale. This role is key to delivering excellence in execution and bringing our national strategies to life at a local level.
Main Responsibilities:
Each day, you’ll visit clients and points of sale, negotiate visibility and shelf space, and take and manage orders to ensure timely delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing displays, and ensuring compliance with agreements made by our central teams. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our Trade Marketing department to roll out promotional campaigns and introduce new product lines. Your ability to build strong relationships and spot commercial opportunities will be essential to your success.
Who we are looking for:
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment. With at least five years of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in the OOH or HORECA channel, you bring a strong commercial instinct and a proactive mindset. You’re fluent in Spanish, and if you speak English too, that’s a plus.
You’re confident using Excel and other data tools, and you’re comfortable navigating digital platforms to support your daily work. A valid driver’s license is essential, and you must live in Tenerife or be ready to relocate quickly.
