National Account Manager, Publix

About the Role:

• Manage and strengthen strategic relationship with Publix, deliver Publix financial targets and drive mutual growth.
• Build annual plans for Publix Business and support the launch of new innovations
• Support Director of National Grocery to define sales strategies and develop and execute digital strategy for Publix e-commerce
• Communicate retailer needs to FUSA leadership, Trade Marketing and Customer Marketing

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee category-level sales forecast processes for Publix and oversee retailer-level roll-up
• Set and meet Publix distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising goals
• Set and meet Publix revenue, volume, growth, profit and share targets
• Communicate retailer needs back to FUSA leadership, Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing teams

• Lead development of joint business plans for Publix, ensuring full alignment with core stakeholders across organization; oversee execution of commitments

• Maintain and further develop relationship with Publix

• Develop medium and long-term business opportunities at Publix
• Promote incremental Publix innovation opportunities internally and support all new product launches. Set and meet Publix revenue, volume, growth, profit and share targets

• Use trade judiciously to drive demand at Publix
• Work with Retail organization and brokers to execute all strategic plans

• Own talent strategy and capability within Publix team; improve bench strength and performance across team
• Manage, coach and set objectives for Publix team; set and monitor KPIs

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 8 years experience of increasing levels of account management experience
• Previous experience calling on Publix required
• Ability to work crossfunctionally within the organization
• Trade Marketing or Category Management experience preferred
• We value previous candy, impulse driven, snacking, seasonal, or spreads experience
• Team Management Experience preferred
• Revenue management & Sales Operations experience desirable
