About the Role:

The role is aimed to accurately forecast and reach sales targets of the assigned Key Accounts (Hyper), analysing customer performance, promotion ROI, developing customer plans and joint business planning. The role is covering negotiations on clients contracts and promotional activities, managing trade spend efficiency, and following up on in-store implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and lead the dedicated key accounts strategy, plan the implementation of the strategic goals set for the business growth

  • Provide the strong ownership of the assigned accounts, with commitment to deliver commercial targets with joint efforts

  • Execute the new products launch plan, including distribution, visibility and promotion

  • Manage of the commercial policy, trade terms and customer plans within the guidelines, in compliance with local regulatory requirements and Ferrero Commercial Policy

  • Develop and analyze the customer plans, customer-specific goals and strategy, review the performance and define the future business opportunities

  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of promotions and activities

  • Provide and improve sales forecast management and continuously monitor sales targets achievement

  • Work out the proposals and review of the budget and objectives (volumes, trade spending, etc.)

  • Carry out negotiation activities, defining and negotiating contracts, annual / session promotion plan according to the marketing plan, planograms and others with the customers assigned

  • Work closely with marketing, trade marketing and filed sales team to provide the best support to customers

  • Handle trade spending analysis to ensure the best return on investment, tie trade spending to specific business-driving activities (promotions, second placements, etc.), improve promotion efficiency 

  • Monitor the actual in-store deployment , follow up and coordination with sales teams to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies

  • Manage clear and timely communication exchange with cross-functional teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholders if the effective manner

  • Manage in-store stock level closely and take actions promptly to improve freshness of products and minimize returns

  • Provide the approval of payments, take actions on issues with credits, check and approval of invoices

  • Track and analyse daily / weekly / monthly sell-in and sell-out data of dedicated accounts to ensure timely response and action to the market

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • University degree

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in key account management in FMCG with strong professional and market knowledge of modern trade

  • Strong market knowledge: FMCG industry, Hyper, PX and Costco experience is preferable

  • Experience with channel and customer plans, joint business planning, as well as commercial logistics, sales, field & merchandising processes

  • Strong analytical, account management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • Sales forecast, trade spending planning and management skill

  • Proactivity, high result-orientation, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong people management, ability to work across teams and cross-functionally, being a good team player and contributor

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
