About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and results-driven Territory Managers to join our recently expanded Field Sales team.
As a Territory Manager, you will build strong and positive relationships with key customers and drive sales to achieve display and sales targets within your assigned territory and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Builds and maintain relationships with Key Customers (store and Area/Regional Managers) to maximise sales opportunities each session.
- Meet Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity
In-Store Execution
- Ensure Quality, Freshness and Standards of in-store execution are met according to the Field Action Standards set under the My Perfect Store Guidelines
- Develop plan to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
- Ensure the Availability of all POS Material for activations in-store, including the ordering of all POS to Local Sheds in a timely manner.
Who we are looking for:
You must have the hunger to commence a career in FMCG or a passion for field sales. You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships as well as have a “Can Do” attitude.
As a Territory Manager, you will need to be resilient and self-motivated to drive for results within an autonomous role and have developed time management and organisational skills to be successful.
Merchandising experience is highly regarded.
You will also need to hold a valid (clean) Australian driver's license.
