State Account Manager
About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Ferrero’s business strategies with assigned customers, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes for consumers, customers, and Ferrero
- Facilitate regular meetings with customer buying teams, support senior account teams, and present at range reviews
- Negotiate case deals, price points, activation activities, and cost price increases with key wholesalers and retailers
- Accurately manage trade spend accruals and claims using SAP TM, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines
- Collaborate with demand planning to deliver accurate sales forecasts for assigned accounts
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver field activation briefs for key marketing and sales initiatives
About You:
- University degree
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Basic market and retailer knowledge, field and distributor management, novice-level eCommerce understanding
- Selling and category management skills, merchandising techniques
- Good relationship management, customer service, administration and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, good time and priorities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
