About the Role:

We’re now looking for a driven, detail-oriented National Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in Australia. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational experience in Key Account Management, contributing directly to the growth of our business through analytical excellence and commercial acumen.
As a National Account Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our key accounts. You’ll contribute to long-term sales growth by driving forecasting accuracy, managing trade spend, and delivering insightful business analysis. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of Ferrero’s commercial strategy at the customer level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute Ferrero’s sales strategies in collaboration with major retail partners.
- Manage and track trade spend, ensuring accurate loading of accruals in SAP TM.
- Oversee the claims process, ensuring timely, accurate management and reporting.
- Analyse promotions and provide actionable insights to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Deliver timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Support field execution and activation briefs for all key brand and trade campaigns.
- Analyse range performance and deliver recommendations to optimise results.
- Assist in launching key Ferrero marketing and trade campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic execution of customer plans.
- Prepare and submit customer paperwork for promotional activities accurately and on time.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with agility.
- Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint proficiency experience is highly regarded.
- Commercial experience in FMCG sales, field execution or coordination roles preferred.
