Logistics Executive (12 month contract)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support the smooth and efficient flow of inbound stock into the Ferrero Australia network. This role coordinates key logistics activities including documentation, customs, transport, and financial processing for logistics‑related services. It also provides reporting and analysis to support logistics capacity, stock availability, FEFO management, and broader Supply Chain KPIs.

The Logistics Executive works closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT, as well as external partners such as transport carriers, customs brokers, co‑packers, and distribution centres. This role also provides leave coverage for the Logistics Inventory Analyst when required.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage stock reporting, investigations, and inventory updatesMaintain warehouse and transport KPI reportingProcess invoices and financial transactions accuratelyCoordinate freight, customs, and logistics partnersAnalyse data to identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain accurate records in line with audit requirements

About You:

Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or a related fieldStrong organisational and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of customs documentation, warehouse operations, and PO/finance processes
