About the Role:
The role is aimed to support Australia People & Organization (P&O) team in providing effective HR solutions, supporting and enhancing resources management processes in alignment with the company business strategy. The role supports and stimulates the business growth and talent sustainability and serves as a liaison between the business and P&O function to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development, staff management & development, competency development and others.
Main Responsibilities:

Support the HR operations of ANZ team by proposing and defining HR solutions in accordance to business needs to ensure organization and talent sustainability and development

Work in a team offering reliable support to assigned company functions to position HR function as an insightful and credible business partner

Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation, support enhancements and development of local policies, manpower plans and training plans for related departments to strengthen the organization

Ensure compliance of statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues

Work on continuous process improvement in compliance with local labor law and internal control regulation

Propose and support the definition of the related department structures and associated staffing requirements, develop the follow up action plans and act accordingly

Work jointly with related HR functions to design, implement and manage effective solutions to leverage on function needs, ensuring alignment and compliance with legal, local and Company standards

Work with line managers to develop and deliver plan designs that serve to create an engaging work environment

Explore and evaluate best internal and market practices, facilitate HR core process and ensure smooth implementation

Accumulate and analyze managers’ and employees’ feedbacks, ensuring the actions are taken based on the outcomes

Support talent acquisition process on the requirement collection, candidate assessment and offer proposal stages

Support employee lifecycle within the Company, manage temporary staffing

Prepare and update job descriptions, organization charts and other files related to employee management cycle

Take part in turnover analysis and talent retention plan adjustment and implementation

Participate in headcount planning for budget and forecast

Support the team on various initiatives and projects, managing them independently and within a team

Support talent development process and implementation, contribute to the annual performance management and evaluation

Provide relevant reporting
Who we are looking for:

University degree
-
HR professional knowledge including staffing, talent development, rewards management and labour law

Experience in MNCs and matrix organizations is strongly preferred

Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
