Trainee Industrial Production

About the role:

This is your chance to take part in an exciting 24‑month local program covering several strategic areas within the Product Organization, including production processes, production planning, H&S, and process optimization. The program includes several training phases, during which you will contribute to international and diverse projects with cross‑functional assignments.

Main Responsibilities:

Active contribution to the implementation and optimization of Ferrero’s global safety culture, helping shape a modern and safe working environment
Driving the simplification and digitalization of production processes to enhance efficiency, transparency and compliance
Supporting the global rollout of the Ferrero Operational Excellence framework through analyses, lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Engaging in international projects and collaborating with production sites worldwide
Developing personally and professionally through structured training, mentoring, and networking opportunities

About You:

Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
Initial practical experience gained through an internship or working student position
A strong aspiration for international mobility and development within a global production network
High affinity for process optimization, standardization and digitalization
Analytical mindset combined with strong teamwork abilities and a hands‑on approach
Very good knowledge of German and English
