As Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy of the assigned  brands. You will be an essential member of the team to drive future success by developing and implementing efficient brand plans and enable a strong collaboration with key stakeholders: sales and trade marketing but also other support departments.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Junior Brand Manager, you'll start by helping to execute marketing, advertising and promotion  plans that enhance our brand's presence. You'll dive into understanding industry trends and analyzing competitors, contributing valuable insights to make our brands stand out.
Your role will involve tracking and reporting on various aspects of brand performance, such as sales, pricing, stock levels, distribution and market share. This data will help guide strategic decisions and optimize our brand's success.
You'll assist in coordinating with media agencies, ensuring that media plans align with our marketing strategies and budgets. Day-to-day, you'll oversee media operations, verifying their effectiveness in achieving targets.

Creativity  will be key as you support the development of communication materials and promotional activities. Whether it's sponsorship deals, in-store promotions, or co-marketing activities, you'll ensure each campaign resonates with consumers.

Collaboration  is essential, and you'll work with agencies and internal teams to create and assess promotional campaigns. Using available data, you'll measure the impact of these campaigns on sales, distribution, and market penetration.

You'll also help adapt labels and artworks to meet local market needs while ensuring compliance with international guidelines and local regulations. Your meticulous coordination will maintain brand integrity.

Budget planning will be part of your role, where you'll assist in aligning marketing costs with defined strategies and monitor budget compliance. You'll propose corrective actions to maintain economic performance.
Finally, you'll prepare and deliver presentations on marketing projects and brand development to various audiences, including the sales team, company management and central functions.

Who we are looking for:

To start as a Junior Brand Manager, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, with Marketing being a plus. You should have at least one year of marketing experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. Good English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Experience with SAP is a bonus.

Strong communication skills are important, as well as the ability to work with different departments and manage deadlines.

How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.

You will develop innovative strategies and insights thanks to an open mind and a thorough understanding of Ferrero products.  Defining the brand vision that drives trusted and meaningful brands will also depend on working in a dynamic and flexible environment, intense focus on goals and a proactive approach. Employee contribution and engagement at Ferrero is individual, team and organization based, so you should have the ability to work independently as well as manage your team and stakeholders.
