About the Role:
As a Trade Marketing: Commercial Development Intern, you would have an exciting opportunity to work with renowned and loved Ferrero brands and contribute to their development on the markets of Ferrero Asia Pacific Region. Through this internship, you will support the enhancement of our Distributor Management System (DMS) to improve its functionality and alignment with requirements of various countries within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, customizing dashboards and reports, conducting data validation, and creating templates for deeper performance analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with regional sales teams, you will deliver actionable tools and insights that empower regional teams to drive efficiency and market success.
In 10 weeks, you will work on:
- The refinement of tools and templates to support data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on involvement in testing and validating system improvements.
- Preparing and presenting insights that directly impact business strategies.
You will develop the following skills:
- Technical expertise in system customization and dashboard design.
- Data analysis skills to validate, deep dive, and interpret performance metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales and operational teams.
You will collaborate with multicultural teams across Southeast Asia, bridging theory and practice through real-world projects whilst enhancing skills in communication, project management, and adapting technology for business excellence.
Who we are looking for:

You are a student currently studying Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or another related degree

You are available for a 10-week internship from 2 June 2025 to 8 August 2025

You have proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI

You have advanced knowledge of Excel

You have attention to detail, precision in data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability

You have strong presentation skills and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams

You have strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

You have the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions to technical or business challenges
