About the Role:
As a Sales and Business Development: Out of Home and E-Commerce Intern, you would have an exciting opportunity to work with renowned and loved Ferrero brands and contribute to their development on the markets of Ferrero Asia Pacific Region. This role integrates the business development function and will be working on supporting the team in highlighting business opportunities and increasing market understanding. Learn foodservice and ecommerce challenges, KPIs, and how to evaluate business opportunities in these channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Through this internship, you will enable the development of further knowledge in the foodservice and ecommerce channels, across Southeast Asia with particular focus in Singapore market.
In 10 weeks, projects and objectives you will engage in under the OOH & E-Commerce team include:
- Singapore foodservice market analysis: customers and wholesales mapping, profit and customer pool analysis of wholesalers via specific interviews
- Food / chef / baking influencers mapping for Singapore and potentially extended also to other SEA markets with the objective to find potential partner of collaboration (Instagram, TikTok)
- SEA E-commerce competition assessment: best practice and understanding on how main competitors are working in major ecommerce platforms Shopee, Lazada, TikTok (packs, promo, co-branding, advertising)
- Ad-hoc analysis and insight generation according to specific business needs
Who we are looking for:

You are a student currently studying Business Administration or another related degree

You are available for a 10-week internship from 2 June 2025 to 8 August 2025

You have advanced knowledge of Excel

You have strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude!
