About the Role:

This role entails marketing management and research in new product exploration/conceptual phase with the objective of assessing market potential and relevancy of marketing mix in the target regions

Main Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Management in New Product Development
 

(a) Provide market analysis within Sweet Packaged Food through syndicated data

(b) Develop marketing mix for new products: Product concept and naming, packaging that is inline with brand DNA/legal

& food law

(c) Perform competitive and pricing analysis in the regions


Market Research & Analysis
 

(a) Manage market research in target regions ‐ Understanding of research objective, briefing, and evaluate research

methodology to ensure objectives are met

(b) Ensure accurate collection of qualitatative data from consumers via online platform, interprete data and formulate

reports and presentations

Who we are looking for:


(a) Degree holder with 6‐10 years of Marketing experience in new product development; preferably in consumer

products

(b) Candidate with market research analysis experience is a plus

(c) Excellent analytical/statistical skills and computer proficiency

(d) Proactive; problem solving attitude
