About the Role:

As a People and Organization (HR) Intern, you would have an exciting opportunity to work with renowned and loved Ferrero brands and contribute to their development on the markets of Ferrero Asia Pacific Region. Through this role, you have the exciting opportunity to learn about and map key organizational processes in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and region/local HR Business Partners. 

Main Responsibilities:

 

In 10 weeks, you will: 

  • Identify optimal process flows in the P&O function in an efficient and impactful manner. 

  • Integrate Ways of Working within the P&O team and possibly ways of working with the business, depending on the processes mapped.  

  • Identify efficiencies and overlaps and mapping roles and responsibilities against P&O processes to improve synergies.  

  • Gain hands-on experience by bridging theory and practice through real-world projects, enhancing your skills in HR, project management and process mapping. 

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • You are a student currently studying HR, Business or another related degree 

  • You are available for a 10-week internship from 2 June 2025 to 8 August 2025 

  • You have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • You have experience in using flowchart and process flow mapping tools 

  • You have strong communication skills and critical reasoning 

  • You have ability to work independently and proactively 

  • You have strong project management skills and critical and analytical thinking skills
