About the Role:

The role is aimed to will be developing strategy and framework for Ferrero to compete in two growing channels in Southeast Asia: Out-of-home (OOH) and eCommerce and will lead the development of the channels along with building the required tools for transfer of knowledge across different departments. The role drives collaboration and supports local negotiations at a country level, with the ownership of establishing, leading and expanding the channels across Ferrero SEA. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for OOH and eCommerce with key partners

  • Lead  the market share growth strategy by brand/category/Retailers and OOH & Online Sales growth (as per target) in close collaboration with all the key stakeholders

  • Accelerate knowledge transfer across different functions and departments

  • Manage channel investments and performance ensuring proper KPI placement to achieve the set ROI targets & profitable channel growth

  • Leverage on Shopper insights to develop tools and practices to manage OOH/ Online Retailers, further support the deployment of the eCommerce regional/group strategy, driving online category growth

  • Lead the promotional planning and annual budgeting process in close collaboration with Cluster and Country Manager guidelines

  • Guarantee excellent execution of the plans across the different channels

  • Work closely with the global OOH/ eCommerce team to ensure proper implementation of the global digital commerce framework

  • Identify new OOH/ eCommerce trends and opportunities with the support of Consumer/Shopper Insights for growth and adapting the strategy(ies) accordingly

  • Set up the dashboard regionally in order to track our presence and placement across all ecommerce platforms

  • Provide monthly performance reporting across the region

Who we are looking for:

  • ​​​University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other relevant discipline

  • 7+ years of relevant commercial experience with E-Commerce experience required and OOH channel experience preferred

  • Good understanding of FMCG and Online Retailers’ experience is preferred

  • Ability to analyze category and product trends and translate them to executable strategies

  • Project management skills required, along with advanced communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and across teams, with good stakeholder management

  • Thorough knowledge of retail E-Commerce activities, including promotions, financials, and operations

  • Deep knowledge of online retailer policies/procedures

  • Knowledge in developing and implementing advertising programs and merchandising tactics

  • Budget management and control, strong analytical skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop robust business relationships, adaptability and flexibility

  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

  • Customer Systems/Portal experience preferred

  • Advanced MS Office, SAP is considered a plus

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
