About the Role:
As a Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU) Intern, you would have an exciting opportunity to work with renowned and loved Ferrero brands and contribute to their development on the markets of Ferrero Asia Pacific Region. This internship will expose you to our business intelligence and market research functions and you will understand the role of insights in providing inspiration and confidence for business decision-making, planning, and execution. Your inputs be used by Management or our Marketing/Sales teams to make better business decisions and further understand consumers and markets.
Main Responsibilities:
This role integrates analytical, storytelling, and influencing skills and you will be working on Consumer Insights (CI) or Business Intelligence (BI) projects:
- Projects under the CI team include planning, management, and execution of ad hoc quantitative or qualitative consumer or shopper research studies
- Projects under the BI team include analyses of offline and online sales data to answer business questions
In 10 weeks of internship, you will learn:
- How to draw insights from data or research and turn them into meaningful business recommendations and actions
- About diverse Asian markets, consumers, and shoppers
- Insights into the Sweet Packaged Food industry
- What makes working on different brands in different stages of maturity so exciting
- How to evolve successfully in a multicultural team
- About working with and influencing different stakeholders from different departments
Who we are looking for:

You are a student currently studying a Marketing, Market Research, Business Management, or another related degree

You are available for a 10-week internship from 2 June 2025 to 8 August 2025

You can interpret data and turn it into insights

You are good in consolidating data and information, and have curiosity to understand more about sales trends, market shares and market activities – and turn these data sets into useful insights and recommendations for the business

You could provide data analysis and its visualization and support it with a storytelling

You have proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, etc; Excel VBA is considered a strong plus
