About the Role:

The role supports Media team in Ferrero Asia Pacific in advancing its media development, procurement, and governance agenda. It involves managing stakeholders, gathering critical market and media information, and synthesizing it into actionable insights to enhance decision-making. The role will also play a vital role in developing and executing media strategies across Ferrero’s brands in FAP markets, while supporting the acceleration of media excellence through improved efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of media strategies with local and global activity grids.

Main Responsibilities:

The role will supportt SEA Media Manager (6 markets of Southeast Asia) in:

  • Media Tracking & Reporting: Track and consolidate media spends and competitive spends across SEA markets

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for SEA stakeholders, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of local and global reports

  • Information Gathering & Synthesis: Collect market-specific insights and media data, synthesize them into actionable summaries, and disseminate to relevant teams

  • Deployment of media guidelines and digital strategies tailored for SEA markets

  • Collaboration with local teams to build digital content calendars aligned to local and global activity grids

  • Media BAU (Business As Usual) tasks, including e-commerce planning and campaign management

  • Coordination of media processes such as budget setting, annual planning, IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) reviews, and ensuring effective agency collaboration

  • Review of agency proposals for alignment with objectives, KPIs, budget, and group media governance requirements

  • Optimization of campaign performance by benchmarking against traditional and digital media standards

  • Support of the Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) by reporting campaign results and consolidating learnings

  • Overseeing 3rd-party verification of digital quality metrics to ensure adherence to benchmarks

 

The role will provide relevant support to the Regional Media Manager (12 Markets in the Region) in:

  • Media Guidelines: tracking and reporting the deployment of media guidelines across regional markets

  • Digital Transformation: assistance in managing, tracking, and reporting on digital transformation priorities

  • Investment Tracking: to track investments across key priorities and media excellence pillars

  • Roadmap Management: support the management and consolidation of market roadmaps to ensure alignment with regional priorities

  • Information Gathering & Synthesis: Gather and synthesize information for region and area reviews, ensuring actionable insights for key stakeholders

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • University degree in a relevant field

  • Relevant work experience in a TV & digital media role with a good knowledge of search, display, social and e-commerce. Experience in FMCG environment and background in media preferred

  • Proficiency in media measurement tools, stakeholder management, information gathering and synthesis, project management, coordination, and crafting impactful presentations

  • Committment, resilience, result orientation, ability to work with minimal supervision and be a strong team player

  • Meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. Strong analytical capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to accomplish multiple and changing priorities in a deadline driven environment, being strong in synthesizing information to reate impactful presentations and documents

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments and partners along with excellent project management & co-ordination skills, growth mindset

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong MS Office skills, SAP is considered a plus

  • Fluency in English, any other language is considered a plus
