About the Role:

The role supports Media team in aligning and fulfilling Ferrero Asia Pacific (FAP) media development, procurement, and governance agenda for all media investments. This position will also contribute in developing and executing digital media strategies across our brands in FAP markets, and suppports the acceleration of the media excellence agenda through brilliant basics, specifically helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital media buys and collaborating to develop digital content calendars aligned to local and global activity grids.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Media spends tracking and consolidation

  • Competitive spends tracking and consolidation

  • Coordination to ensure timely delivery of local and global reports to key stakeholders

  • Consolidation of market specific media information and assistance in managing dissemination of this information internally

  • Deployment of media guidelines and digital strategies across key projects across assigned markets

  • Support to Media BAU tasks

  • Tracking and consolidating KPIs/performance across Markets 

  • Support media team on e-commerce planning

  • Media process implementation including budget setting, integrated comms briefing, annual planning, campaigns/sessions reviews, ensuring IMC coordination and efficient cooperation with media and creative agencies

  • Agency proposals review and approval if responding to category objectives, KPIs, agreed budget and contract guarantees/operating framework and in coherence with Group media governance requirements

  • Support in management of key digital partners to execute JBPs driving innovation in the use of digital touchpoints

  • Optimization of traditional/digital campaigns, checking against internal and external benchmarks

  •  PCA-Post Campaign Analysis and comprehensive summary of media campaign results

  • Monitoring and reporting of all media activities and maintenance of KPI benchmarks database, adherence to agreed pricing / quality

  • Ensuring correct spend of media budget in line respect of phasing contracts and pitch guarantees

  • Supporting 3rd party verification partners management on digital quality metrics

  • Timely delivery of documents to confirm media placements (airing certificates, acts, agency reports, third party documents) for TV and Digital post-tracking through regular auditors reporting

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • University degree in a relevant field

  • Relevant work experience in a TV & digital media role with a good knowledge of search, display, social and e-commerce. Experience in FMCG environment and handling other media besides Digital will be preferred.

  • Good understanding of the media measurement tools and technologies.

  • Committment, resilience, result orientation, ability to work with minimal supervision and be a strong team player

  • Meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to accomplish multiple and changing priorities in a deadline driven environment, being strong in synthesizing information to reate impactful presentations and documents

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments and partners along with excellent project management & co-ordination skills

  • Good written and verbal communication 

  • Strong MS Office skills, SAP is considered a plus

  • Fluency in English, any other language is considered a plus
