About the Role:
This role is designed to implement Ferrero Talent Acquisition strategy and support the talent demand of organization through effective candidates’ attraction, recruitment, evaluation and engagement processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant HRBPs to understand hiring needs, advise sourcing strategy and execute recruitment plans
- Identify right sourcing channels to manage the recruitment cycle with effective time and cost
- Act as an SME to manage SuccessFactors in terms of audit, improvement, dashboard, etc.
- Work with TA head to manage yearly budget on regular basis
- Vendor contracts renewal and payment maintenance
- Budget management
- Group EVP program and Campus Program for Commercial BU and Industrial BU
- HR digitalization projects, ATS CRM and TA automation projects
- Talent market intelligence and talent mapping
- Relevant project forcing on internal process and governance.
Who we are looking for:
- University degree
- 5+ years of relevant in-house experience, agency experience is optional
- Recruitment, assessment, interviewing skills and techniques knowledge
- Experience of HR digital transformation or recruitment system management is a plus
- Good communication and collaborating skills, focus to support the internal clients
- Drive for results, good project management, negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and diversity advocacy
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced level of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
