About the Role:
Manage Marketing Kinder Seasonal portfolio to meet sales, profit and market share targets within agreed budgets.
Develop and communicate brand strategies and guidelines covering product, packaging, communication and pricing. Develop and manage the implementation of brand activities based on brand strategy. In the meantime, responsible for the execution of E-commerce activities in Kinder team.
Main Responsibilities:
BUDGET AND SALES PLANNING
- Ensure liaison with the Sales Management team to communicate and obtain feedback in collaboration with Trade Marketing team
- Budget tracking and monitoring for Marketing Kinder
PROMOTIONS/SPONSORSHIP
- Ensure the development and production of promotional materials according to marketing plan and approved procedures
- Work with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate the success of the specific promotions / sponsorship deals undertaken, specify the arrangement for any corrective action / future projects that may be required.
- Design and implement seasonal in-store activities (POSM and PMG)
PACKAGING
- Propose and share new projects intended to result in new formats and new packaging designs for seasonal portfolio
- Supervise the implementation of the main projects while verifying that any stated guidelines are applied
E-Commerce
- Responsible for the execution of E-commerce activities in Kinder team.
Who we are looking for:
- Brand/Commercial experience in FMCG
- Commercial savviness and financial acumen
- Understanding of China trade dynamics, especially offline
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written (Native Mandarin speaker, fluent English is essential);
- Excellent Project management skills
- Strong influencing skills, able to influence cross functional leadership teams
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
