Senior Regional Business Planning Manager (East)

About the Role:

The role is focused on managing business partnership and finance leading of the East region and Key Account groups, being responsible for financial planning and business financial performance management, supporting the Company's sustainability and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in driving HQ strategy execution in East Region then reflect back to HQ with market intelligence
  • Ensure company process consistency and compliance
  • Become key Finance go-to person in regions and provide financial leadership
  • Deliver monthly financial performance review with regional leadership team on time with high quality, indicating risks and opportunities to deliver financial target
  • Manage P/L and track financial performance for East Region
  • Support RSM to prepare and deliver budget/SAF/Rolling forecast for the region.
  • Actively participate in regional trade promotion both long term and short term strategy development.
  • Analyze ROIs and control trade spending for KA Groups including: NKA North East, RKA East and LKA & MT OTH East
  • Analyze business performance accordingly for these KA groups and support the business growth in the Key Accounts
  • Support the Regional business growth in different Channel, providing financial analysis and insights to track different channel growth and support HQ in developing Channel strategy
  • Work closely with HQ and Regional management team on distributor rebate and incentive control and management
  • Taking financial lead to track and analyse new products launching in the Region, and work closely with HQ Controlling team to improve the new products performance tracking process
The successful candidate should have:
  • University degree in finance or related sphere
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG companies
  • Performance monitoring and planning solid experience
  • Budgeting, profit analysis, overheads and trade spending management skills
  • Solid analytical skills and learning ability
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • SAP system knowledge preferred
  • Accuracy with data and details without losing a “big picture”
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team-working
  • Ability to work under pressure and in changing environment
