About the Role:

This role is to support the development and roll-out of national cross-functional projects, including but not limited to business transformational project, new-product launch in China etc. 

Main Responsibilities:

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
•    Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to structure and develop projects based on Region strategic priorities
•    Define clear project objectives, investments, timeline & key milestones, and ensure the alignment across all Region / Area / Group stakeholders
•    Flag issues & risks during project design and suggest creative implementation plan
•    Develop project governance to ensure the success of project implementation
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
•    Manage project and deliver all objectives as per aligned project plan
•    Coordinate across cross-functional teams and involve subject matter experts whenever necessary to work on different project streams
•    Facilitate steerco meeting to update project progress with key stakeholders and generate continuous alignment, incorporate feedbacks into the next-step actions 
•    Flag issues & risks during the project implementation, develop solutions and contingency plan 
•    Maintain project documents, including materials for reporting and governance as per guidelines 
•    Support post-implementation tracking and reviews
BUSINESS COORDINATION AND PLANNING
•    Collect inputs from different functions and conduct data analytics to support line manager's business planning and decision-making
•    Track the progress of Region business priorities to ensure the delivery

Who we are looking for:

•    A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required, Business Administration is preferred
•    7+ years relevant work experience in project management in consulting agency (business planning experience/innovation project is preferred)
•    Strong communication and analytical skill
•    Strong sense of ownership and drive for result
•    Fluent in English and Mandarin
