About the Role:

The role is to provide the efficient execution of HR administration services in compliance with legal requirements and company policies, collaborating with service providers to enhance HR fundamental work as well as operational excellence in employee lifecycle routines, headcount track, data quality in HR system, HR reporting and related projects participation and facilitation.

Operational process & optimization

  • Pre-onboarding & onboarding 
  • Change of employment 
  • Separation 
  • Contract management 
  • Service to employee (Hukou, Shanghai residence, employment certificate etc.)
  • Employee benefit support
  • Processes standardization and optimization
  • Intern management
  • Vacation and OT management
  • End of year communication documentation
  • Employment record archives filing

SAP HR DATA MANAGEMENT

HR Report

Who we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years working experience in HR function in MNC company.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, especially for written English
  • Effective task management and drive change
  • Solid understanding in internal HR process
  • High attention to details
  • Strong excel skills, SAP/Workday/Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding in internal HR process
  • Quick learner
