Purpose of the Role

To lead the digital marketing for the Premium Chocolate Category, to drive the deployment of digital strategy and content creation following the general Brand strategy and being consistent with offline Brand positioning, to build cross channel (online/offline/social/digital) CRM/membership programs to increase consumer loyalty and engagement which also drives direct linkage to sales performance.

Main Responsiblity

  • Lead Premium Chocolate social strategy, KOL strategy and KOL content
  • Lead to manage social media account (Wechat, Red, Douyin)
  • Lead to launch WeCom and WeCom operation
  • Lead CRM strategy, and support 3 D2C platforms (Tmall, JD, WeMall)
  • Support digital acceleration E2E

Who we are looking for:

  • 8+years experience as a Marketing & Communications leader - related professional experience preferably in food industry or digital agency.
  • Experience using social media, online tools, and/or mobile technology to promote organizational goals and mission.
  • Experience of playing a key role in managing an organization’s online corporate web presence, either internal or external.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of understanding and maintaining on-line marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
