About the Role:

The purpose is to reach sales targets of the O2O new retail business model assigned, developing the business with the platforms with a profitable Profit and Loss, management direct report, subordinates analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating with clients’ contracts and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders.

  2. Sales Forecast, Budgeting and Objectives
  3. Customer Plans for the customers assigned
  4. Negotiation
  5. Trade Spending management for the customers assigned
  6. Deployment & Control
  7. Data Analysis
  8. Team Management

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical, E-account management and negotiation skills,
  • E-platform knowledge, top to top cooperation experience;
  • E-market knowledge, E channel KPI knowledge
  • Must have E-commerce New Retail Structure
  • Joint annual Channel & Customer Plan; knowledge of E-Commercial New Retail Logistics;
