About the Role:

Support Senior OOH & B2B Multi-channel Manager to accelerate OOH & On-the-go channel business growth, including but not limited to Gifting and Corporate Purchasing system, to deep dive special channel and customer development, finding more business opportunity to drive sales contribution.

Main Responsibilities:

Support B2B Multi-channel Development

  • Responsible for OOH & B2B Multi-channel gifting and corporate purchasing business with maintaining current business momentum and develop more opportunities with new products listing at the same time;
  • Continuously assist to develop business opportunities in special channel, build up new channels gradually in align with the OOH & B2B Multi-channel strategy

Customer & Distributor Management

  • Assist to maintain strategic relationships with key customers/distributors based on a depth understanding of the requirements of foodservice business.
  • Coordinate annual negotiation of channel customers/distributors and sign up annual contract for channel assigned.

Who we are looking for:

  1. 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years of special channel management in similar industry.
  2. The experience handling Gifting/Welfare business is mandatory, new products listing and new customer development experience is in priority.
  3. Strong selling and negotiation skill
  4. Good knowledge of Consumer Insights/Market research, experience in distributor management is a plus.
