About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Supply Network Planning

  • Weekly supply planning based on weekly forecast from Demand Planning team
  • Check and upload sales forecast to planning file by SKU
  • Generate draft production requirement plan by SKU to Central Planning, and monitor actual production to meet requirements
  • Adjust and monitor the requested incoming out of Lead Time to achieve target stock level

Inventory Management

  • Prepare inputs for Central Supply Planning to set the target stock coverage
  • Ensure stock availability and WHO (Week On Hands) on target level
  • Review the overstock and Out of stock situation by SKU, communicate with Sales & operation team each week

Communication with Central Planning/Plant/Co-packers

  • Collaborate with Plants/Co-Packers to ensure smooth production and supply
  • Join regular review meetings with Central Planning to monitor production fulfillment in long-term perspective
  • Understand potential risks (Raw Material/Packaging Material/capacity) and propose alternative plans

Who we are looking for:

  • Master's degree (Msc, 5 years of studies) in Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, or other fields related to food manufacturing
  • First practical work experience (e.g., internships or voluntary activities) would be a plus 
  • Strong user skills in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • The knowledge of any other language is a plus 
  • Great passion and interest in food industry sector
  • Curiosity, openness and intercultural competence
  • Commited, logical and process-oriented work approach
  • A real desire for international mobility
