About the Role:

The aim of the role is to drive Value Chain definition for existing and NPD in collaboration with Marketing and SBD; and optimize Gross to Net by performing analysis, delivering recos and supporting Revenue management actions plan implementation across all Revenue Management levers.

Also as contact window in local to foster a data-driven culture and a commercial capabilities continuous improvement mindset by:

  • Ensuring a unified approach to local Revenue & Trade Management initiatives, promoting coherence and cross-functional collaboration to effectively and proactively match business needs and assure insightful results
  • Partnering with SBD Area Revenue & Trade Management and acting as Commercial Capabilities Focal Point to guarantee continuous alignment on key priorities and capabilities deployment at local level

Who we are looking for:

  • Good understanding of trade terms, Gross to Net and commercial implications
  • Experience with Promo management: promo analysis, guideline definition
  • Experience in Portfolio analysis, management and construction (by channel)
  • Understand of main Pricing concepts: PPA, elasticity, channel pricing
  • Able to deal with large data sets and come to quick interpretation. Highly analytical
  • Excellent in cross-functional collaboration, proven via consistent experience
  • Very confident communicator, able to present and discuss complicated topics with senior/top management
  • Strong personality
