National GT Manager

About the Role:

To achieve Sales Results as well as to develop coverage and the Ferrero Building Blocks for the channel assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

  • Responsible for GT channel sales target and P&L, and dedicated channel sales force management.
  • Propose KPI’s and sales strategies in GT channel to maximize Ferrero coverage and distribution
  • O2O Business sustainable Development

Planning and control

  • Define route to market model and geography coverage plan for GT/O2O channel
  • Develop channel activities for related products to increase coverage and volume.
  • Develop and manage operatively rolling sales forecasts for GT/O2O channel
  • Be responsible for channel P&L and ensures in line with business objectives the proper management of budget  (reach targets on trade spending, returns, profits)
  • Manage properly FEFO and overall Products Freshness in the Market

Distributor management

  • Manager GT/O2O channel distributor for the level of service expected
  • Focus on Diamond and VIP Wholesale Management
  • Build Sustainable GT Distributors pipeline;
  • Inventory management within targets

Team management

  • Define sales targets for the dedicated GT sales force, control results
  • Regularly evaluate performance together with RSM, through sales KPIs and joint visits and market visits
  • Participate in recruitment and selection according to the job descriptions and company values
  • Develop the team capability specific to the assigned channel, and deploy training and coaching.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager or company


Who we are looking for:

Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel; Ferrero Portfolio; Ferrero Commercial Policies; Channel & Customer Plan; Commercial Logistics; Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes, strong leadership and people management skills, analytical skills, English fluent, MS office advanced user

* Chinese Local Labor contract with local package will be provided for this position.
** Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking.
