Key Account Sales Forecast Supervisor
About the Role:
Support to holistically manage the team business cycle by integrating demand planning, supply chain execution, and customer data analysis. The role aims to ensure product availability, optimize order and inventory flows, and drive business growth through accurate forecasting, efficient process management, and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately supporting the achievement of sales targets and customer objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Forecast, Order and Report
- Responsible for Weekly/Monthly FCST, reasonably planning weekly breakdowns and warehouse allocation.
- Follow up on various stages of product supply for customers, including production, transfer, and allocation, with detailed management and tracking of arrival and distribution for exclusive and imported products.
- Manage customer orders and review processes, communicating order progress with the order team.
- Handle various approval requirements and transfer communications in the order process, and drive order process optimization.
- Establish a sales data tracking and reporting system, including daily sales reports/POS and monthly inventory reports, to effectively identify order trends.
- Assess the accuracy of customer forecasts based on Nsnack customer PSD, POS, and inventory data.
Direct supply customer Rebate
- Monitor customer contract fulfillment, calculate monthly and quarterly rebates for customers, and manage the end-to-end rebate process for direct customers.
Sales Operation
- Monitor customer contract fulfillment, calculate monthly and quarterly rebates for customers, and manage the end-to-end rebate process for direct customers.
- Responsible for internal target calculations and personnel allocation; follow up on bonus verification and tracking.
- Manage customer master data, including approvals for new warehouses, new customers, financial information modifications, store opening maintenance, and product price maintenance.
Cross Functional Communication
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks with NSOP, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, MKT, and other relevant departments, integrating related work.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Field sales, KA, sales planning management processes and practices, understanding of commercial supply chain process;
- Cross functional projects management skills, strong analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, good team player.
