About the Role:
The IT Sales CoE works in close partnership with the Global IT organization (Asia DC, Platforms, CoEs and China Region) to effectively deploy and support IT Sales applications to the China business community in accordance with the IT Global Architecture, for the following applicative areas:
• Order to Cash
• Intercompany sales
• Sales force Automation
Main Responsibilities:
• Design the global and local Sales application landscape based on business requirements and Ferrero’s IT Strategy.
• Perform application design for new local requirements. Ensure that enterprise application design standards are maintained, and group guidelines are followed in partnership with our enterprise architects.
• Lead local and global Sales application lifecycle, ensuring conformance to IT global architecture.
• Integrates Group IT applications at local level and realizes relevant local configurations and adaptations (e.g. adaptation to Local laws & regulations).
• Responsible for the preparation, implementation and deployment of configurations, leading testing efforts, managing test plans and cases, defect reporting, team collaboration, issue troubleshooting, and documentation support throughout the development process.
• Proactively provides recommendations to enhance existing landscapes and support the overall IT strategy
• Manages the delivery of the application/infrastructure solutions (improvements, enhancement, upgrades) to ensure alignment to demand requirements and Service Level Agreements targets, while maintaining coherence within the overall architecture.
• Defines the decommissioning of redundant applications aligned with application roadmap.
• Defines data migration strategies between applications as required and ensures data consistency.
• Ensures the recommended procedures, guidelines and standards for regular operations such as live regression testing, back-up, security, updating, program release and control are developed and maintained.
• Is responsible for level 3 support for Sales applications (local and global). Ensures any issues related to applications, interfaces or infrastructure performance and availability is solved as per the agreed Service Level Agreements
• Build trusted partnership with business, manage user and stakeholder expectations.
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years working experience in MNC on different business operations & functions; at least 3+ years on Sales Platform
- Strong experience in NewsPage Distribution Management System, Working Knowledge in Cloud Computing, SaaS, S4HANA is a plus
- Strong experience in enterprise ERP (SAP or another Tier-1 platform)
- Solid knowledge and business understanding of FMCG industry with demonstrated outcomes, achievements in digitalization, business process automation & IT application systems support
- Good communication skill to influence and build consensus with senior business partners
- Customer focus and ability for multitasking, Self-motivation and drive for ongoing development
- Advanced level of English, fluent in Chinese; Italian is an added advantage
