About the Role:

Develop, drive and implement Ecommerce Web channel strategy with an integrated end to end approach in line with marketing and company guidelines. Assure the achievement of defined sales, profit and channel share targets.

Closely cooperate with Marketing, SCD, Media, CSU and TMKT departments to develop the value of the brands in the specific channel fully exploiting their potential within the given guidelines and the defined brand strategies.
Drive the digital transformation strategy and its implementation managing from Ecommerce Web team, E-distributors, E-KA and Omni Channel platforms development assuring coordination.

Develop new opportunities (channels/business model) in China EC Market.
